Why Fairness Is Important

Just 18% of us think we work in a high-fairness workplace, according to research by Gartner.  During this conversation, Andy & Pip discuss what this means for business, what's going on in our brains when we encounter situations we think are unfair, how that impacts our behaviour and what we can all do about it.
